A non-exclusive dry lease on a well-equipped Cessna 172. Full Garmin glass, a two-axis autopilot, and IFR-capable. One hundred dollars per Hobbs hour, dry, with no monthly minimum.
A non-exclusive dry lease. You are billed for the Hobbs hours you fly. Overnight trips carry a two-hour-per-night minimum, and the hours you fly count toward it.
You pay for the hours you fly, at one flat rate. No dues, no buy-in, and nothing for the hours you do not fly. Trips that keep the airplane out overnight carry a two-hour minimum per night, met by the hours you actually fly.
The tie-down, the aircraft's insurance, the annual, and maintenance are the owner's. You carry your own renter's insurance and fuel, and if you want instruction, you arrange it independently.
Month to month. No long commitment and no membership.

I bought this 172 and built it into something I genuinely love flying — glass panel, IFR-capable, honest and simple. But it shouldn't wait around for me. If you're a careful, current pilot, I'd rather hand you the keys at a fair price and keep it flying. That's the whole idea behind AJM.
